artisans

  • Scroll to the bottom of this page to hear Pastor Meyer tell you about Hope's 1st art show
  • email Tracy at tracylchesney@gmail.com ASAP to give us an estimate on the table or floor space needed to display your artwork
  • Floor or table easels will need to be provided by the artist who prefers a vertical display. Some artwork may be small enough to display on our bookshelves.
  • Please place all items in a protective container or covering,
  • then drop-off your art or craftwork at Hope, into the middle Sunday School room,
  • anytime* between Palm Sunday & event day, April 10th.
  • Display set-up starts at 11:00 AM the day of the event.
  • Appetizers should arrive any time between 11:00 AM & 12:45 PM, ideally.
  • Make sure artwork is labeled with your name, so it can be seen by viewers (a simple sticky note will do)

Call or email the church ahead of time, or email Tracy at tracylchesney@gmail.com if you need to make sure someone is present to let you into the church to drop-off your items
