Fellowship at Hope

The word fellowship refers to sharing something in common.  In a broad sense it could be used for everything that we do together.  It is often used for having time together and eating.  Fellowship activities throughout the year may include a card playing night, pot luck after church, meals before special mid-week services, or attending a baseball game together.

Fellowship activities can also include service done together.   This May our congregation provided the lunch served after a community service day in the Sunbury area.  We have just adopted a two mile stretch of highway that runs near the church.  Whether it is picking up trash, or playing games, getting together helps us to know one another as we care for one another.
