Bible Studies at Hope
Mt. Vernon area—meets 1st and 3rd Mondays of both November and December at the home of Dean and Rebecca Abbott at 6:30 p.m.
Women’s Study at the home of Virginia Page meets at 9 a.m. on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays (their one exception, due to Thanksgiving Day, was that one study met a week earlier than normal.)
Sunbury area at the home of Pastor and Lynne Riggs on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month at 7 p.m.
Sunday evenings at church on the 1st & 3rd Sundays of the month from 6:30 p.m.-8 p.m. We are studying Old Testament prophets.
Women’s Bible Study in January and February
Using Materials by Beth Moore
Beth Moore just-released a study on the book of James. Sessions include discussing material in the workbook and viewing a DVD presentation from Beth Moore. While participants get more out of doing the study at home, those who are able to only come for the meetings are very much welcomed. There are eight sessions. The group would meet every week during January and February. The date and time will be set based on the schedules of those interested. The date will be announced by the middle of December. Speak with Lynne Riggs if you are interested. Cost for the workbooks is $15.
